He’d done his homework, if you wanted to keep out of too much trouble, you had to. That was why he’d recognized her, another of Gotham’s ‘finest’, if you could even call them that anymore, because as far as he could tell, they were contributing to the crime as much as the so-called ‘bad guys’.
